Health, security and environment

We ensure that we conduct our business in a way that is safe and protective to people, the environment, society and property.

People and labour standards

We respect local working environment regulations and rules pertaining to wages, hours and working conditions. We do not use forced labour or use raw materials or finished goods produced by forced labour.

Financial integrity and company records

We must ensure that all transactions are properly recorded, classified and summarized in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Confidentiality

If we have a legal obligation with respect to confidential information from customers, we will never use or disclose that information in a dishonest way.

Bribery and corruption

Skanem does not give or receive bribes or other improper advantages for business or financial gain, directly or indirectly.

Supply chain responsibility

We expect our suppliers to adhere to the principles of responsible companies and have their own Code of Conduct or similar. We expect our suppliers to sign Skanem’s Supplier Code of Conduct.
